อีกหนึ่งบรรยากาศของการท่องเที่ยว
Dear Pam
I’ve just been staying with my cousin Kate in Egypt. We went
to Luxor and I got the chance to go up in a hot air balloon !
I didn’t have time to worry about being scared. We just
climbed into the basket, impatient for the balloon to take off.
As soon as we were in the air, Kate started taking
photographs, but she soon stopped to look at the breathtaking
view. I wanted to take photographs too, but I hadn’t
remembered to take my camera with me. It was stupid of me
to be so careless.
We floated over the Nile. What a feeling !
The view of the boats below us was wonderful to watch.
We left very early in the morning. There was a gentle wind
at first, but after an hour the sun started to shine. At the end of
our trip we stopped looking at the view and began looking for
a safe place to land. People shouted and waved to us on the
way down. I was happy to be on the ground again, but it was
a day I’ll never forget.
